With 20 years of experience in semiconductors, power generation, renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, and digital technologies, Jordan has held HR leadership roles at General Electric and GlobalFoundries. His expertise includes workforce planning, organization effectiveness, leadership development, talent management, employee relations, and change management. He holds a Bachelor's in Psychology from Marist College and a Master's in HR from Cornell's School of Industrial Labor Relations. Jordan resides in upstate NY with his family and serves on the Board of Directors for the Hudson Valley Community College Foundation, and advises Cornell’s Executive Masters in HR Management program.
