Jim spent most of his career at General Mills and retired as a Director of Engineering - Global Reliability. He was responsible for improving the existing asset base in GMI manufacturing across the globe. Jim was Chairman of the Board of Smart Manufacturing Leadership Coalition (SMLC) and was interim CEO of the Clean Energy Smart Manufacturing Innovation Institute.

In his 5 years at Kahuna Workforce Solutions, he's worked across manufacturing, energy, field services, and healthcare to run implementation and lead the organization's value engineering function. He's also a lean six sigma black belt.
